Registering for a support account helps us streamline your support.
Here is what to do
1. Click the "Sign in" button, located at the top right of this site. This will take you to the login screen.
2. From the login screen, click the "Sign Up" link at the bottom to get the registration page (see below)
3. Fill in the registration form. You must include at least your name, email address, and the Captcha. But the Twitter is NOT needed. (See below)
4. Click the "Sign up" button at the bottom (See below)
5. Almost done! You will receive an email confirming your email address you entered. If you don't receive it promptly, check junk/spam folders. Click the
6. When you receive it, click the link it provides. This link will take you to a new password screen.
7. Create a new password (below)
8. Click the "Verify my email address" button (below)
9. Congratulations, your account is set up!
Sign in to submit a trouble ticket. It's as simple as that!
